Main Missions

• Supervise and optimize operational processes in strict adherence to Safe Working Methods.
• Lead, train, and evaluate personnel to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting root cause analyses and implementing effective action plans.
• Manage resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to guarantee smooth daily activities.
• Contribute to project definition, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in logistics operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety culture.
• Ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines and budgetary constraints.
