Senior Manager, Customer Expansion

About the role

Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide and needs a senior leader to create and scale its expansion motion across the existing customer base. You will combine proactive outbound outreach with high‑touch events and training to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the Expansion organization, overseeing BDR and STS teams.
• Develop repeatable expansion playbooks across the product portfolio, from customer identification to activation.
• Establish operating cadence, metrics and accountability systems to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps to remove friction and identify opportunities.
• Test, iterate and operationalize new expansion motions as the business evolves.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales or customer growth experience, with at least 3 years managing sales teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing teams in fast‑growth environments.
• Strong operational discipline: ability to create structure, set clear metrics and execute.
• Commercial instincts to translate customer engagement into revenue, adoption and retention.
• High agency and bias toward action, with excellent cross‑functional communication.
