Senior Manager, Field Operations

About the role

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Operations to lead the growth and performance of its Homes business across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. You will partner with the Country Manager and a team of Market Managers to expand high‑quality supply, strengthen host success, and enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Market Managers and Associates to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply across the region.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans and align local execution with national priorities.
• Design territory‑level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality, adapting approaches to market maturity and host segmentation.
• Experiment with new supply sources, measure results, and turn proven tactics into scalable playbooks.
• Work cross‑functionally with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product to launch initiatives that improve host performance.
• Monitor business performance, ensuring markets meet revenue, supply, and quality KPIs.
• Identify market trends, address barriers, and capitalize on emerging demand or regulatory changes.
• Coach and develop talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous growth.

Required profile

• 14+ years of experience in global operations, business development, or marketplace management.
• 5+ years in a people‑leadership role managing and scaling teams.
• Deep market expertise in the region and strong understanding of host and guest dynamics.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into measurable results.
