Senior Marketing, Communications & Alumni Specialist

About the role

This full‑time senior position is based in Mexico City and focuses on shaping OAK International’s brand identity across all communication channels, marketing initiatives, and alumni engagement activities. The specialist will help drive enrollment goals, build trust with families, and ensure the Oak experience is consistently represented.

Key responsibilities

• Translate OAK’s formative model into clear communication frameworks and messaging.
• Coordinate marketing materials that support admissions and enrollment targets.
• Supervise external agencies, designers, and content providers.
• Develop and nurture a strong alumni community to reinforce credibility and belonging.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Formation, Academics, and Operations teams to align communication with strategic initiatives for 2026‑2031.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate of an Oak Academy (required).
• 4–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into concrete communication deliverables.
• Experience working in education, international environments, or mission‑driven organisations is a plus.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum) and native or fluent Spanish; French is desirable.
