Senior Marketing Communications Analyst – Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Communications Analyst (Graphic Designer) will create visually compelling designs that reinforce Timken’s brand across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will translate technical concepts into engaging visuals for B2B audiences and support the company’s global marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for campaigns, including brochures, ads, presentations, web pages, social media content, sales collateral, and trade‑show materials.
• Provide video art direction to third‑party videographers and agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product management, and sales teams to produce graphics that align with business goals.
• Ensure all materials follow Timken’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution and coordinate with external vendors.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, emerging technologies, and B2B best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B manufacturing environment or an agency serving B2B clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
