Senior Mobile Game UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Game UI Designer to own the player‑facing interface of a live, free‑to‑play casual game. You will shape every core screen, from onboarding to live‑ops, ensuring the UI is fast, readable, emotionally satisfying, and optimized for retention and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate high‑polish UI layouts for a wide range of mobile devices, balancing usability, visual appeal, brand personality, and revenue goals.
• Create reward, upgrade, purchase, and progression flows that feel satisfying and commercially effective.
• Develop and maintain scalable UI systems, components, iconography, and style guides.
• Produce production‑ready mockups, specs, flows, prototypes, and handoff documentation for engineering and art teams.
• Collaborate with motion designers or technical artists on transitions, button feedback, and live‑ops presentations.
• Leverage data, A/B test results, player feedback, and competitive analysis to continuously improve UI performance.
• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, and UI variation.

Required profile

• Proven track record shipping successful casual, free‑to‑play mobile games.
• Deep understanding of casual player behavior and monetization dynamics.
• Ability to design interfaces that are both premium‑looking and conversion‑focused.
• Availability to work during US business hours in a fully remote setting.
