Senior Paralegal (Remote)

About the role

JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Paralegal to lead day‑to‑day legal operations for its commercial agreements, compliance initiatives, international subsidiaries, and corporate recordkeeping. This remote‑first position supports high‑growth, AI‑forward projects such as M&A, financing rounds, and IP portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process standard agreements (NDAs, employment, contractor, equity grants) within defined turnaround times.
• Lead record‑keeping and filing for domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring 100% compliance with state filings, annual reports, and board changes.
• Oversee signature processes and maintain up‑to‑date commercial contract and due‑diligence databases, identifying opportunities for AI‑driven efficiency.
• Provide administrative and project support to the General Counsel on high‑visibility initiatives, including M&A, financings, IP maintenance, and stock‑plan administration via Carta.
• Manage post‑execution contract tasks such as amendments, extensions, and terminations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior‑level paralegal or legal operations professional.
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess contractual risk and communicate findings.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for corporate governance compliance.
