Senior Project Manager – Digital Projects

About the role

Monks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital projects from concept to delivery. You will ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and budget expectations while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital projects from initiation through delivery, controlling scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Establish and enforce project management processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Proactively manage plans, priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Create structure, visibility, and accountability across all workstreams.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders across strategy, creative, media, data, technology, and operations.
• Lead status meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews; prepare agendas, capture decisions, and distribute notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, timelines, trackers, and reporting for transparency.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks or risks early, and implement mitigation.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Track project performance and operational KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable workflows and organization‑wide project management standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, production, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong process‑oriented mindset.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through and ownership.
• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
