Senior Project Manager

About the role

Flex is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑value, complex projects in its Guadalajara North Campus. The role bridges project delivery with financial performance, enabling data‑driven decisions that maximize ROI and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial goals.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
• Own project financials: budget planning, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance to enforce financial discipline and drive data‑backed investment prioritization.
• Translate large datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Required profile

• BA/BS or MBA (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience in project/portfolio management within manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record managing large budgets and complex portfolios.
• Advanced expertise in financial analysis and modeling.

Required skills

• Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting).
• Data analysis and visualization tools.
