About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage healthcare intelligence and clinical research projects on a home‑based basis in Mexico. You will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑quality outcomes that support the company’s mission to shape the future of clinical development.

Required profile

• Solid experience in project and programme management, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare‑related field.
• Extensive experience leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
