Senior Project Manager

About the role

Airtraffic, a video production studio serving the video‑game industry, is looking for a contract Senior Project Manager to own and run its weekly production calendar. The role is fully remote and focuses on scheduling shoots, coordinating talent and locations, and ensuring every project moves smoothly from pre‑production to post‑production hand‑off.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a production calendar that can include up to 30 concurrent projects per week.
• Coordinate pre‑production elements such as dates, locations, talent, crew, and client timelines.
• Book and adjust talent and rental locations quickly when schedules change.
• Balance multiple productions and allocate team resources across parallel shoots.
• Oversee post‑production hand‑off, communicating with editing managers and talent.
• Alert the team promptly about scheduling conflicts, risks, or delays.
• Improve pre‑production pipelines, talent sourcing, and existing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing physical productions or live events with hard, non‑movable shoot dates.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate personnel across several simultaneous projects.
• Basic understanding of video‑production workflows (pre‑production, shoot days, wrap).
• Strong familiarity with social‑media‑style video content and a passion for video games.
• Fluent or near‑fluent English communication skills.
