Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey and equipment‑only projects for our customers. The role carries profit & loss accountability and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of project activities and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee small‑ to medium‑sized projects, providing direct or indirect leadership of project teams.
• Develop and apply specialized knowledge in project management best practices and industry standards.
• Contribute to strategy and policy development within the functional area.
• Make data‑driven decisions, analyze project data and solve moderately complex problems.
• Act as a resource and mentor for less‑experienced colleagues, building consensus and communicating sensitive information.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, efficiency, and effectiveness targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in project management, preferably with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 6 years).
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, lead programs and document, plan, market and execute projects.
