Senior Project Manager – Project Delivery Excellence (PMO)

About the role

SSOE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Execution stage of its Strategy & Development (S&D) group. Reporting to the Senior VP of Business Development, you will design and enforce the standards, processes, and work instructions that turn technical delivery into a powerful sales tool.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain company‑wide standards and procedures for project execution.
• Audit and refine Stage 3 activities to align with client pain points identified in Stage 1 and technical solutions defined in Stage 2.
• Drive a cultural shift toward interdependence by breaking down silos and promoting unified standards across departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
• Create and continuously improve work instructions that transform fragmented workflows into a high‑performance engine.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management, preferably within a PMO or similar operational environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategic business development goals into executable project plans.
• Excellent analytical skills to audit processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Effective communicator capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
