Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a fast‑growing technology and real‑estate company. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality pipeline that aligns with our culture and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across engineering, data, product, DevOps, QA, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview processes, including technical, behavioral, and leadership assessments.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
• Support compensation discussions, offer management, and candidate closing.
• Keep the ATS and recruiting pipelines accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in technology‑focused environments.
• Strong ability to assess both technical competence and cultural fit.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can independently drive searches and challenge requirements when needed.

Required skills

• Understanding of software engineering, DevOps, data engineering, QA automation, and product roles.
