Senior Red Team Consultant

About the role

Join Bishop Fox as a Senior Red Team Consultant and lead advanced adversary emulation engagements for high‑profile clients. You will work remotely, collaborating with a curious, dedicated team to protect some of the world’s most recognized organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute full‑cycle red‑team engagements, from research and profiling to attack‑tree design.
• Conduct operations across network, web applications, physical, and social‑engineering vectors to achieve defined attack objectives.
• Communicate findings, incident‑response capabilities, and actionable recommendations to customers.
• Lead small engagement teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.

Required profile

• 5+ years of offensive security experience, including red‑team and purple‑team engagements.
• Demonstrated passion for hacking, with disclosures, blog posts, or industry talks.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to advise on prioritizing critical findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS operating systems.
• Expertise in Windows Active Directory exploitation and lateral movement.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, O365, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
