Senior Red Team Security Consultant

About the role

As a member of Mandiant’s Red Team Consulting team, you will assess and advise clients on technical and process‑based security controls across diverse environments. The role involves conducting red and purple team engagements, adversarial emulation, and a range of offensive security assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform red and purple team assessments, including assumed breach and ransomware readiness reviews.
• Conduct external and internal wireless, web, mobile, and embedded system security testing.
• Analyze threats, execute social engineering assessments, and safely use attacker tools, tactics, and procedures.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in penetration testing and red teaming across network, web, mobile, cloud, and social engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to travel up to 30%.
• Mexican citizenship as required by local labor law.
