Senior Specialist – Product Operations

About the role

The Mastercard Cross‑Border Services Global Product Operations team supports worldwide money‑movement solutions, enabling funds to be sent securely to bank accounts, mobile wallets and cash‑out locations. We are seeking a Senior Specialist to drive the launch and ongoing operation of new cross‑border payment corridors, receiving partners and product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end testing for new product features, partner integrations and payment corridors.
• Support the launch of new receiving providers, payment corridors and money‑movement capabilities across global markets.
• Manage test account sourcing and validation with internal stakeholders and third‑party testing providers.
• Analyze transaction flows, payment data and API payloads to investigate issues and support testing.
• Maintain testing documentation, procedures and operational playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations and regional teams to ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• Experience in payments, banking, fintech or other transaction‑driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hybrid work preference with presence in the office three days per week.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Working knowledge of APIs and API payload analysis.
• Use of transaction research tools for data validation.
