Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – IT Recruiting

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – IT Recruiting will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specialized, business‑critical IT positions across Mexico. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs and global stakeholders to build strong technical talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full life‑cycle recruitment for professional and senior‑level IT roles, including SAP, ERP, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, software, data, DevOps and enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping and market research.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation expectations and competitive hiring trends.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, ensure an excellent candidate experience and keep recruitment data accurate in Workday or other ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics, identify risks and deliver regular updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, technical or IT recruiting, preferably in complex or global organisations.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
