Missions principales

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from initial briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Act as a strategic business partner for hiring managers and leadership, providing consultative advice on talent needs.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques and professional networks.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous readiness for future business requirements.
• Implement and optimize recruitment strategies, including international coordination (Asia region).
• Lead interview processes, ensuring thorough candidate assessment and professional preparation.
• Participate in special HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a complex or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to build dynamic relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
