Senior Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead our Corporate Tax function and act as a strategic partner to the CFO and FP&A Director. The role focuses on ensuring tax compliance, governance, and driving tax‑efficient growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting in line with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage VAT recovery, refund processes and liaise with tax authorities.
• Calculate and reconcile deferred tax balances.
• Supervise external tax advisors and coordinate intercompany documentation and transactions.
• Implement corporate tax governance, internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Handle transfer pricing, tax audits, controversies and support M&A and restructuring projects.
• Provide international tax guidance and ensure ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar).

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of corporate tax experience in a multinational or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAT regulations, IFRS, local GAAP and transfer pricing.
• Proven ability to manage tax consultants and lead cross‑functional tax initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax Law; Master’s preferred.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
