SEO & AI Growth Specialist (Remote, US-based)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Growth Specialist with a focus on B2B, AI‑powered search and local SEO. This full‑time remote position reports directly to company leadership and offers the freedom to shape and own measurable growth initiatives for our industrial warehouse racking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive SEO growth strategy aimed at a 30% YoY increase in organic traffic.
• Scale local SEO across hundreds of location and service‑area pages.
• Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds, product data and image performance.
• Improve technical SEO aspects such as crawlability, indexing, site architecture and structured data.
• Identify and develop content opportunities that attract qualified B2B traffic.
• Boost AI referral traffic from platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO enhancements.
• Leverage Google Search Console, analytics and performance data to guide decisions and continuously test, measure, and refine growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B SEO experience.
• Experience with manufacturers, distributors or other industrial B2B organizations.
• Understanding of long sales cycles and high‑consideration purchasing decisions.
• Data‑driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Proactive communicator who raises issues early.
• Enthusiasm for AI‑search and emerging discovery platforms.
