Site Procurement Manager – Procurement Operations

About the role

The Site Procurement Manager for Sort Centers (SC) leads procurement operations for the site, covering direct and indirect products and services. The role works closely with the Regional Procurement Manager and local site leadership to drive efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own site procurement operations, including forecasting, vendor management, purchase order management, and inventory control.
• Lead supplier management KPI reporting and develop improvement actions with stakeholders.
• Provide procurement leadership, align with building leadership, and support innovation projects.
• Develop and maintain supplier scorecards and monitor vendor performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement Operations to define savings, value, and category metrics.
• Manage business continuity processes and ensure 24/7 coverage for critical services.

Required profile

• Experience in site‑level procurement operations and vendor management.
• Ability to forecast non‑inventory services and manage inventory.
• Proven track record in KPI measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with internal customers, finance, and operations teams.
• Project management skills to drive innovation and expediting support.
