Social Media Content Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Content Manager to become the daily voice of Libertex (LBX) across Latin America. You will craft and publish engaging Spanish‑language content that resonates with traders, builds community, and upholds our brand and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow LBX LATAM presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn in Spanish.
• Create, edit and publish short‑form videos, podcasts, carousels, stories and educational posts.
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with market events, product launches, F1 moments and regional trading trends.
• Collaborate with affiliate and partner teams to produce co‑branded, shareable assets.
• Monitor LATAM trading communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, forums) to identify engagement opportunities.
• Ensure all content passes compliance review before publication.
• Track and report monthly organic growth and engagement metrics.
• Adapt global campaigns to LATAM cultural context in coordination with the global creative team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithm changes, content trends and emerging formats.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of social media and content experience, preferably in fintech, crypto or other trust‑sensitive sectors.
• Strong understanding of how retail traders consume content in LATAM.
• Hands‑on video creation and editing skills.
• Ability to work from a creative brief and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Familiarity with compliance review processes for financial content.
• Proficiency in English.

• CapCut (or similar video editing tool)
• Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing tool)
