Social Media Manager – Digital Presence Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to shape and amplify our digital presence across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, our website and emerging channels. The role blends brand storytelling, financial communication and growth marketing to translate the firm’s vision into compelling digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan, post, schedule and optimize daily content to grow followers, engagement and brand recall.
• Create high‑quality visuals and videos using Canva and Adobe suite (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
• Draft engaging captions, micro‑blogs and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Track platform KPIs (impressions, CTR, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, trend analysis and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Manage all digital channels including emailers, WhatsApp broadcasts and website CMS, ensuring timely updates.
• Coordinate with SEO, ads, product, compliance, sales and research teams for product launches, events and reports.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, preferably in financial services or wealth advisory.
• Degree in marketing, communications, media or a related field.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong design proficiency with Canva (mandatory) and Adobe suite (preferred).
• Ability to tailor content for each platform and understand performance metrics.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven decision making.
