Software Craftsperson – Node.js, React.js & AI

About the role

We are looking for a Software Craftsperson to join a remote, AI‑native development team. You will build high‑quality, scalable full‑stack applications using Node.js, React.js and AI‑enhanced tools while maintaining a strong focus on craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve production systems across the full software lifecycle.
• Build and maintain scalable full‑stack applications with Node.js, React.js and AI‑powered development tools.
• Apply test‑driven development, clean‑code principles, refactoring and continuous delivery.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, including front‑end, back‑end services, infrastructure and deployment.
• Collaborate through pair programming, peer reviews and proactive teamwork.
• Work closely with product teams to define solutions and deliver impactful features.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a product‑thinking mindset.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an ownership‑driven environment.
• Experience with Agile and Extreme Programming practices.
