Software Development Intern – KPI Dashboards & Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a motivated intern to help build Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and perform data analysis that drives internal process optimisation. You will work with large data lakes, generate forecasts, and support the integration of Google Cloud and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement KPI dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Analyse data trends across data lakes and produce forecasting models.
• Interact with Google Cloud Platform services and logical views to improve system performance.
• Research, document, and prototype processes for Google AI Studio integration.
• Collaborate with the team to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Foundational programming ability in any language.
• Basic understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Curiosity about how technology integrates with data and cloud environments.

Required skills

• Data handling with JSON.
• Data analysis libraries such as Pandas or Seaborn.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards and Repos.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform, preferably BigQuery.
• Interest in Vertex AI or Gemini AI developer tools.
