Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist will manage relationships with large suppliers and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and delivering optimal contractual terms. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal customers and external providers, driving satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee large suppliers and BPO partners, monitoring performance against SLAs.
• Negotiate contracts in line with company policies to secure the best terms.
• Serve as the main point of contact for service‑level issues and resolutions.
• Provide guidance on sourcing policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.

Required profile

• Basic experience in sourcing and supplier management.
• Education comparable to a bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer‑facing interactions.
• Ability to work autonomously within defined frameworks.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
