Spa Operations Manager

About the role

Ensenada Massage is seeking a full‑time on‑site Spa Operations Manager to lead daily activities at its downtown location. You will be the primary point of contact for staff and guests, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for locals, expats, and travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day spa operations, including scheduling, bookings, and customer service.
• Manage staff schedules, conduct training, and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in both English and Spanish.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
• Coordinate partnerships with local businesses and oversee the mobile service offering.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with spa or wellness industry standards is a plus.
