Sr. Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

As the Sr. Social Media & Community Manager you will drive organic growth for two distinct brands – an SEC‑regulated real‑estate investment fund and a family‑focused coaching and publishing firm. Working under the EVP’s creative direction, you will own the content calendar from strategy through daily execution, creating platform‑native reels, posts and stories while nurturing each online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social content strategy for both brands, producing reels, posts and stories that align with the EVP’s vision.
• Drive organic follower growth and manage community engagement across legacy clients, advisors, comments and direct messages.
• Oversee video production workflow, including script writing, editing and rapid approvals to ensure three pieces of content are published each week.
• Manage event‑related social coverage across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Whova.
• Coordinate short‑form video creation, collaborating with stakeholders and videographers to deliver on‑voice, intelligent content without emojis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience running social and community programs for a brand or creator.
• Native fluency in current social formats and platforms, with a pulse on what works month‑to‑month.
• Owner’s mindset: high‑output, resourceful, low‑ego and consistent in update cadence.
• Self‑sufficient remote worker with reliable setup.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm PST)
• Compensation USD $2,000 – $3,000 per month, based on experience
