Staffing Frontiers Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to strategically analyse our vetted candidate pool and staff IT business opportunities. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, ensuring timely placements and optimal revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
• Maintain and clean job openings to keep them up‑to‑date.
• Communicate with clients, Client Services and Sales teams throughout the end‑to‑end vetting process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset with strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
