Supervisor – Credit Management & Customer Master Data (O2C)

About the role

The Supervisor will lead credit operations and customer master data management within the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process. This role ensures accurate credit decisions, data integrity across multiple systems, and compliance with SOX and internal controls while fostering a customer‑focused team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily credit operations including investigations, scoring, limit recommendations and periodic reviews.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of customer master data across SAP S/4HANA, HighRadius CRD Cloud, Emagia and Informatica.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve credit holds, onboarding issues and data‑setup challenges.
• Maintain adherence to SOX, internal controls and O2C data‑governance standards.
• Review and approve team decisions on credit limits, master‑data changes and escalations.
• Directly supervise a team of 10–15 credit and master‑data analysts, providing coaching, performance evaluations and workload balancing.
• Engage with business segment leaders, on‑shore credit leadership and other stakeholders to communicate decisions and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to enhancements in credit scoring, automation and master‑data workflows, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Credit Management, O2C or Customer Master Data functions.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and HighRadius (CRD, DMS).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Service partners.
