At AB InBev, we live by a culture of dreaming big, fostering passion, talent, and curiosity. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will ensure the smooth operation of the distribution agency, meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while safeguarding inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain agreed service levels to guarantee product availability.
- Allocate resources to meet demand and achieve productivity and service objectives.
- Perform daily inventory movement controls, ensuring protection of stock and accurate SAP recording.
- Execute warehouse strategies to reach performance goals.
- Analyze processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage return material shipments (containers, pallets).
- Rotate shifts to gain full operational knowledge.
- Coordinate with the distribution agency to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor daily movements to guarantee inventory protection.
