About the role
The Supervisor, Marketing Sports will shape and execute Disney’s sports marketing strategy in Mexico, leveraging ESPN’s brand to drive awareness and positioning. This role leads the creation of marketing assets, manages budgets, and coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development of marketing materials with agencies and internal creative teams, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create comprehensive briefs for major sports events and brand campaigns and oversee execution, tracking, and post‑campaign reporting.
- Manage synergy initiatives, delivering timelines, cross‑platform integrations and influencer marketing programs.
- Act as liaison between ESPN and the broader Disney ecosystem to align business priorities.
- Prepare marketing presentations and performance reports, turning data into actionable insights.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end campaign execution with Digital, Business Intelligence, Media, Production, Creative and other teams.
- Administer linear and DTC sports marketing budgets with quarterly tracking and control.
- Supervise vendor management, contracts, invoice tracking and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, entertainment or media.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
