Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support buyer and planner activities within a manufacturing environment. You will work with data, master records, and planning tools to drive actionable insights and improve supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and interpret data to generate management dashboards.
• Maintain master data in Oracle ERP/MRP systems.
• Use planning tools (PFEP) to redefine planning parameters.
• Track and report buyer/planner and production planning metrics such as OTD, past‑due POs, and supplier PPM quality.
• Review lead times, MOQ, and supplier communications regularly.
• Redefine Kanban processes, assist with implementation, and perform data uploads as needed.

Required profile

• College degree in business, engineering, analytics or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a supply chain or planning function within manufacturing.
• Lean training and a strong analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Oracle ERP or similar MRP system.
• Data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Lean methodology.
