About the role
Alcon is seeking a motivated Surgical Account Manager to represent the company in surgical accounts, focusing on cataract consumables such as Phaco Paks, Custom Paks, and other cataract products. This remote position supports surgical facilities and drives sales growth through strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales and market share for consumables, including Phaco Paks, Custom Paks, and other cataract consumables.
- Develop and execute account plans for cataract‑dominant and selected monofocal IOLs.
- Provide end‑to‑end customer support, coordinating specialist activities and plans.
- Map decision‑making processes and key stakeholders to inform business plans.
- Collaborate with other Alcon sales roles to maximize product penetration, generate equipment leads, manage service contracts and tenders.

- Vibrant, motivated individual who enjoys both nurturing existing accounts and hunting new opportunities.
- Organised, commercially minded, and solution‑focused.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable asking questions to clarify unclear situations.
