Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

Club Feast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruiting for commercial, operations, and corporate positions across the United States. This fully remote role works primarily during U.S. business hours and offers direct exposure to senior leadership while helping scale a high‑growth, venture‑backed company.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for multiple functions, from sourcing to offer.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates and hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and talent profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and recruiting documentation.
• Continuously improve recruiting workflows to increase speed and quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage several roles simultaneously.
• Proactive, process‑driven, and comfortable working U.S. business hours.
