Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales Hiring

About the role

Voyagu is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sales hiring for its rapidly expanding Mexico City office. This remote, Mexico‑based role will own the full recruitment cycle and help scale the team with high‑impact, volume hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for sales positions, focusing on cohort‑based and high‑volume hiring.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Utilise Voyagu’s recruiting stack, including Breezy HR (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, and AI hiring assistants.
• Design scorecards and conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, set hiring targets, and shape scaling strategies.
• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the funnel and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
• Hands‑on experience with volume or cohort‑based hiring.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican talent market, especially for sales roles.
• Professional English proficiency (C1 level).
• Proactive, organized, adaptable and results‑driven attitude.
