Talent Coach (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Coach to work remotely from Mexico, helping high‑performing professionals improve their performance, communication, and client‑service skills. You will coach individuals one‑on‑one, lead group sessions, and create resources that scale talent development across a global, distributed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching on project management, communication, productivity, and professionalism.
• Analyze performance data and prior records to diagnose issues and define actionable improvement plans.
• Review interview recordings, ensure platform standards are met, and give constructive feedback.
• Design and deliver live webinars, workshops, and group coaching sessions.
• Prioritize coaching requests, select appropriate methods, and document outcomes for impact measurement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for specialized support and resource development.
• Prepare professionals for client interviews and engagements.
• Curate, improve, and expand coaching playbooks and learning materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase coaching efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher‑education qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in performance management, professional coaching, talent development, or HR business partnering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and empathy, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Self‑directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in a highly autonomous remote environment.
