Talent Partner – Candidate Experience

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner who will own and continuously improve the candidate experience from first outreach through pre‑onboarding. You will combine empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI tools to create a memorable hiring journey for our executive assistants and recruitment coordinators across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint is clear, engaging, and human.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and continuously optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
• Introduce fresh, modern ideas that make each interaction with Viva Talent memorable.
• Adapt rapidly in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment without sacrificing detail.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for applying AI to redesign recruitment workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Stable professional background with at least one tenure of 2 + years.
