Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful and detail‑oriented Talent Sourcer to join Hilbert’s growing Talent team. In this fully remote role you will act as the engine behind our recruiting pipeline, proactively identifying and engaging top talent before positions are opened.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for Product, Engineering, Growth, GTM and other departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to locate passive and active candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach with personalized messaging and generate interest in open roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth process.
• Support the Talent Partner with ad‑hoc recruiting projects, coordination and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and nurture talent communities for future hiring.
• Track sourcing metrics and use data to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or related talent acquisition roles, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
