Tax Specialist

About the role

Jetour is seeking a Tax Specialist to manage its tax compliance and accounting functions. The role involves preparing tax returns, maintaining general ledgers, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations within a dynamic automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledgers and tax reports.
• Handle local and federal annual and monthly tax returns, including calculations and electronic submissions.
• Contribute to month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Reconcile tax payable and receivable accounts to maintain complete financial records.
• Process journal entries, expenses, provisions, and accounting adjustments.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, recommending process improvements.
• Support other accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related activities as needed.

Required profile

• College degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance or tax compliance.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with fiscal portals such as SAT, RNIE, Anty Laundry Money.
• Familiarity with OA (Office Automation) systems (desirable).
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
