Technical Project Manager – Electric Power Steering

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development of Electric Power Steering systems. The role bridges the gap between project management and engineering, ensuring that technical solutions meet customer and internal requirements on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute global multi‑disciplinary engineering activities across mechanical, hardware, software, testing, functional safety, cybersecurity and system architecture.
• Maintain and update the technical project schedule, manage risks, and oversee budget and resource allocation for development and testing.
• Lead the final engineering release for OEM use and support problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Act as the primary technical contact for OEMs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful product validation and release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in product development of safety‑critical automotive products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
