Technical Support Engineer Trainee (JavaScript/Web) – Project

About the role

Enroute is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join a project‑based team. You will assist with day‑to‑day technical operations, troubleshoot web‑related issues, and provide first‑level support to internal and external users. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their JavaScript and web development skills while working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and investigating incoming support tickets and technical issues.
• Analyzing logs, system behavior, and reported symptoms to identify root causes.
• Reproducing reported problems and validating fixes.
• Detecting recurring issues and documenting patterns.
• Escalating complex cases to Engineering or Senior Support following defined processes.
• Maintaining internal documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participating in training sessions, shadowing, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in web development or technical support (junior level).
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to read logs and analyze system behavior.
