Terminal Operations Manager

About the role

As a Terminal Operations Manager at Flix, you will lead the daily operations of one or more terminals, ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, staff and vendors while maintaining safety, efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payments to terminal service providers.
• Coordinate bays, platforms, and scheduled arrivals and departures.
• Supervise terminal staff (assistants, supervisors, support staff), handling payroll, schedules and incident tracking.
• Oversee general terminal administration including supplies, access control, maintenance, safety, security, cleaning and local vendors.
• Manage auxiliary services such as cleaning and bus maintenance coordination.
• Supervise inventory management and generate weekly/monthly reports on incidents, billing, operations and inventory.
• Build tracking dashboards to support decision‑making and provide insights on recurring incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in staff leadership and people management.
• Experience implementing and monitoring training programs and safety procedures.
• Strong ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Personal initiative, resilience and a self‑driven, goal‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Fluency in English.
