TikTok Shop Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager to oversee e‑commerce operations, creator partnerships and affiliate campaigns for multiple brands. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of TikTok Shop operations across multiple brands.
• Manage the full creator pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding and follow‑ups.
• Execute campaigns and monitor performance metrics for creators and sales.
• Maintain accurate backend operations, product information and affiliate programs.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams to align execution with brand goals.

Required profile

• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and close loops proactively.
• Fluent professional English communication.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (agency or brand side).
• Proven ability to build a TikTok Shop from scratch.
• Experience managing creator pipelines and ensuring performance accountability.
• Capability to handle multiple accounts, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to extract data, interpret results and make recommendations.
• Comfortable preparing reports, campaign updates and performance summaries.
