Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As Trade Marketing Manager for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket in Mexico, you will own the Go‑to‑Market strategy for the independent aftermarket, driving growth and profitability of both existing and new product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Mexican aftermarket Go‑to‑Market plan, including promotional planning, communication and pricing.
• Lead a team of product marketing professionals and collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, customer service, business development, legal and finance.
• Align local trade‑marketing activities with global and North American divisional strategies.
• Monitor market share, identify opportunities and ensure profitable execution of marketing programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.
• 3‑7 years of experience in trade marketing and team management.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems intuitively and coach others.
