Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist

About the role

As a Unit Offering and Sales Development Specialist you will support the development and optimisation of KONE's maintenance offering, pricing and sales processes in Mexico City. You will analyse performance data, propose improvement actions and ensure sales teams have the tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse maintenance offering performance, pricing data and key KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and update sales, tendering and pricing tools for the sales organisation.
• Train sales teams on the use of sales management systems, tendering tools and CRM platforms.
• Support sales planning, territory optimisation and definition of team responsibilities.
• Collect and analyse internal and external market data, customer feedback and competitor information to inform sales strategies.
• Contribute to local offering and pricing development initiatives and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Assist with the rollout of KONE Way sales programmes, product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Support demand planning and forecasting to align frontline sales operations with supply functions.

Required profile

• Experience analysing offering, pricing and KPI data to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Proven ability to propose and implement actions based on data analysis and insights.
• Experience maintaining sales, tendering or price‑list tools.
• Experience training sales teams on sales management systems, tendering tools or CRM platforms.
• Background supporting sales planning, territory optimisation and defining team responsibilities.
