US OTC Associate Manager

About the role

The US OTC Associate Manager will lead accounts receivable (AR) services, ensuring effective cash‑flow management, dispute resolution, and collection of unpaid invoices. This role supports the Global Control Standard by maintaining a robust control environment and driving continuous improvement of key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AR services for customer‑facing accountabilities, including cash‑flow oversight, payment dispute assessment, and invoice collection.
• Establish and monitor short‑ and long‑term strategies and governance models for AR processes.
• Ensure baseline and project goals for DSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness are met.
• Monitor and report customer account status against defined KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Billing Exceptions, Cash and Credit) to optimize AR processes and reduce rework.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer profiles, payment habits, and delivery verification.
• Communicate escalations and procedural changes to team coordinators and managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Financial Controllership, and cash‑flow management.
• Experience with adjustments, research, collections, and handling complex account issues.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
