Vice President, Products & Solutions – Network & Switching

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead the definition and execution of product go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies for its Network & Switching portfolio across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. The role will shape technology and network strategy, translating market needs into actionable product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the go‑to‑market and growth strategy for Network Products, Access and Gateway in the North LAC region.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and sales teams to scale switching capabilities.
• Lead market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer engagement to articulate the core network value proposition.
• Drive new product concepts through regional processes and oversee successful market launches.
• Own the divisional P&L, develop pricing models, and lead commercialization for new offerings.
• Provide input to regional and global product development based on market priorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with technical, product and business teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in network or payments product management.
• Deep understanding of network switching and gateway technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and pricing strategies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional and regional teams.
