About the role
Join Porch Group as a Remote Virtual Assistant supporting our home‑inspection partners. You will be the front‑desk for incoming client communications, helping homeowners schedule inspections and receive accurate price information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails from clients and partners.
- Provide price quotes and explain the benefits of booking a home inspection.
- Schedule home‑inspection appointments using the company’s booking software.
- Enter client details, notes, and appointment data accurately into the system.
- Handle general office correspondence (email, chat, voicemail) while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of bilingual (English/Spanish) customer‑service experience.
- At least 2 years in an executive or administrative assistant role.
- Minimum 2 years of remote work experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, able to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software and web‑based booking tools.
- Excellent digital communication (email, chat, text) and multitasking abilities across multiple systems.
